These Terms govern use of this website and services from HOMEDECOSTUDIO, LLC. By using the website or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services and engagement
We provide real estate support, property marketing, market research, public-opinion polling and related coordination. Website descriptions are general information, not a binding offer. An engagement begins only after written acceptance and completion of applicable agreement and payment requirements.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally capable of contracting. If acting for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it.
3. Professional limitations
Regulated brokerage activities are performed only through properly licensed professionals where required. We do not provide legal, tax, engineering, appraisal, lending or investment advice unless expressly qualified and authorized. We do not guarantee sales, financing, property values, investment returns, research results or advertising performance.
4. Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests, secure rights to submitted materials, review deliverables promptly, use our work lawfully, disclose material deadlines and pay fees when due.
5. Scope and changes
Scope, deliverables, timing and fees appear in the applicable proposal. Changes may require a written change order, revised price or adjusted schedule. Work outside the agreed scope is excluded unless authorized.
6. Pricing and payment
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless specified otherwise. Taxes and disclosed vendor, travel, advertising, data or platform costs may be billed separately. Payment schedules may include deposits, milestones, recurring charges and final balances.
7. Delivery and revisions
Deliverables are generally electronic. Dates are estimates when performance depends on client action, third parties, outages or events beyond our reasonable control. Included revisions, if any, are stated in the proposal.
8. Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the applicable signed agreement.
9. Intellectual property
We retain our preexisting methods, templates, frameworks, systems and general knowledge. After full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables expressly granted by the applicable agreement. Third-party materials remain subject to their licenses.
10. Confidentiality and privacy
We use reasonable measures to protect nonpublic client information. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Specific confidentiality obligations should be documented in writing.
11. Acceptable use
You may not use the website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive or deceptive activity; to compromise security; to manipulate research dishonestly; or to misrepresent our findings or relationship.
12. Third parties
Our work may involve independent platforms, vendors, listing services, advertising networks, data providers and payment processors governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for independent conduct beyond our reasonable control.
13. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, general website content is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, opportunities or data. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement will not exceed fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless law prohibits that limitation.
14. Governing law
Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving the county of our principal Florida office unless applicable law requires otherwise.
15. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A signed service agreement controls over conflicting website terms for that engagement.
